Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square by IHG

The staff here is excellent and they address the concerns of their guests promptly. Rooms are very clean. Great location in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. The hotel's restaurant, Brel's, is good for breakfast or an evening drink . Probably best to do dinner someplace else as the dinner menu is very overpriced for the generic quality of food they serve.

We had an amazing stay. Alex in cconcierge services went above and beyond for us as I'm sure he does all the guests. The front desk services were always amazing as well. If you follow check in & check out direction, You will get you car from valet without having to wait in the lobby for it. Stay comfortable in your room until Alex comes to get your things. We had 1 minor issue. The water for showering wasn't very warm but they took care if it for us and gave us drink & snack vouchers. We stayed in chandelier suite which is the rounded end of the building with a great view of the chandelier hanging over the street. The restaurant staff & food was great as well. We would definitely return here to stay again. This hotel is in walking distance to the playhouse square theaters.

Great location with easy walks to anything you need. I recommend valet, 1,000,000 times over! It’s the same cost as the parking ramps. But much closer, and you don’t have to pay each time you leave or return! We traveled in December and they would have our car warm and waiting for us any time we needed it! We checked in kind of later in the day, and LaToya was so warm and welcoming! The room was clean, and house keeping was ready with any request we had. The bar made amazing drinks for us, and took care of our every need! Would definitely stay here again!

Walkable distance to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go, clean & safe! (Loved that the hotel doors locked at night and could only enter with your hotel key). Service was incredible, Mr. Alex at the front desk brought all of our things up to our room, had all the recommendations for us and was so friendly. 10/10 - we will definitely be back!

Had an unusual room w bed (queen or king) on an angle. Was nice otherwise. Great location in the Playhouse Theater district. Good food choices, went to Yours Truly twice. Close alternate parking to hotel so didn't have to pay aler cost. Walkable to Browns Stadium and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Hotel is nice. The beds are comfortable and I appreciated the nice amenities and outlets in the room. Only negative part was the bathroom shower door not shutting during the shower, but it probably just needs to be fixed. Would stay here again.

The room was nice and the people were nice, but I didn’t know there wasn’t parking a the valet was slow. They only had one valet working and 5 people waiting for cars. At $50 a night there should be a quicker service.

Stayed here during NABJ Convention in August. My room was very spacious and the view was panoramic with I enjoyed. Given the space of the room I expected a better bathroom but it was small. Also it took a minute for the water to get hot. The service was good but they don’t come to clean the room every day. I really appreciate the bar downstairs the staff were great. I would definitely recommend this to others.
